A choker necklace, a gift from Francis Sinatra to his wife, Barbara
Gold, emerald, approximately 16.7 x 14.2 x 5.0 mm, pearls, diamonds

Francis Albert Sinatra and Barbara Ann Blakely Oliver Marx Sinatra were a devoted married couple who spent more than two decades together.

Their touching relationship was marked by great tenderness. In her memoir, “My Life with Frank,” Barbara noted that he not only told her how much he loved her every day—always whispering “I love you” before bed—but also left her small notes and cards hidden in her purse, under her pillow, or taped to the refrigerator door.
Gifts of jewelry were common throughout the years.
