Milk Thistle and Rhinoceros Beetle

This composition unites two symbols of fortitude and strength: milk thistle and the rhinoceros beetle. To create the pointed head and stem, Boucheron’s artisans used innovative ultra-high-resolution 3D printing technology and spent over 2,800 hours of work. The composition easily disassembles into a large thistle-shaped brooch, a two-finger ring with a plant, and a rhinoceros beetle brooch.
The piece is crafted from white ceramic and white gold, and set with diamonds.
